Hey guys, first of all, I want to say thanks for being a part of Phoenix Dodgeball's video It aired just a few days ago and it was one more reason why we love This Week in Phoenix Dodgball and the league. In case any of you that took part were wondering why you were fighting for Dodgebot's head, it is because we at Tucson Dodgeball are trying to "acquire it." Our video: Carlitos' Return kind of gets you caught up to speed on our end. All that being said, I would like to know if anyone would be interested in helping us push the plot line a bit further however, if not, no biggie. I am also interested in LARPing in general. I have looked into Tucson events or organizations and I am either looking in the wrong place or have found nothing. I even went so far as to research Nero and investigated beginning a chapter but I'd have to find sufficient interest first in order to make such an investment and put the legwork myself. I have quite a time running Tucson Dodgeball. I looked on your website and it seems that NERO is something completely different, yet, what you guys take part in is more or less what I am wanting to look more into. I've seen some threads going on regarding Tucson chapters and I will read them to get caught up to speed but points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated, for both questions. Thanks! |

Very cool. Unfortunately I will be in San Diego this weekend. :/ How often will these "build days" occur? |

Depends on what needs doing. Right now, what we're doing is getting our loaner gear finished so that we can start holding practices. Once we're done with that, they'll likely be held as needed. That said, if you miss the build day, you can possibly attend our first practice instead, which, if we get what we need to done this weekend, will likely be next week. |

Oh I see. I thought "Build Days" were like an open house recruiting deal. Duh makes sense. Do you have a pretty solid interested crowd? When and where are practices? |

We still haven't established a practice time or location as everything is still getting started. This is good because it means you can help decide and we can make sure the time fits with everyone's schedule. Currently there seem to be 6 people (including yourself) directly interested here in the boards. Factor on top of that people bringing friends and I could see our first practice having roughly 10 people which is excellent for the first practice of a fledgling realm. |

Also I'm sure a few of us here in Phoenix (Grukar, Myself and I'd say Duer, at least) would be willing to come down if the practice is on the weekend. |
