Hey what is used as the core for a great sword. I don't like PVC, what else is there and where can i get it?

Bandshoppe, Bamboo, or Kitespar. I've seen all three used with mix results. It all depends on what you want.

me i would go with 3/4 in and any shape will work but round may work best
