Chun's Birthday Project 2008 For everyone who wants to participate in FromUs2Fahrenheit's birthday gift to Chun, here are three ways: 1. Christine is buying a map of North America and putting little stickers on each city/town where Chun fans live! Doing this part of the gift is simple, and we'd like to have as much participation as possible! All you have to do is email your name/location (within N. America) to FromUs2Fahrenheit@yahoo.com . Put "Chun's Bday" in subject line. NOTE: If you already did this last time for Jiro's map, or if you are on the FromUs2Fahrenheit Member Roster, you don't need to email your info, I already have it. 2. Send us your birthday wish for Chun! You can use Paint, Photoshop, Word, or make something and scan it, whatever you want. You can also use whatever language you want in your message, but remember English is best for Chun! (Not Chinese.) If you speak Bahasa, this is even better. Please email the birthday greetings to the same email (FromUs2Fahrenheit@yahoo.com). 3. We've already bought a gift for Chun (a Chicago Bulls Mr. Potato Head-lol), but it would be awesome if we could get people to help out with the shipping costs. Well, it would be nice to keep the scrapbook and the map constant since they're relatively easy and a nice way to get a personal message across to them.... As for the gift-gift part, maybe we could do something American-basketball-related? We know that he loves basketball and we could give him something that only a North American fangroup could give him, meaning something only from here. ... But what...? |

Being in Cleveland, it would be really easy to get something Cavaliers... One of my teachers from freshman year is actually good friends with pretty much the entire team... They would have softball games at their house o.O (She was fond of telling these stories...) That's what keeps popping in my head when I think of basketball teams/gifts xP I really don't want anything stereotypical like a jersey or something, since apparently jerseys are really popular in China/Asian-in-general right now. |

well we know Chun loves Michael Jordan and Jordan played for the Bulls. I don't know how much he knows about the Lakers or Warriors but I can get those since those are California teams... anyone know if Chun likes baseball or football too? how about some kind snack that Chun would only be able to get here in the US? hehe since we all know how much Chun loves food  like see's candy or something

Yeah!! See's Candy rawks! But does he eat much sweets? I never see him eating many sweets...That would certainly be the easiest to ship tho...I love See's lollipops!! I think if we wanna do a basketball gift, we're safest to stick with Michael Jordan, the Washington Wizards (owned by MJ), the Bulls, or a general NBA gift...But yeah, I'm sure he has every Bulls/Wizards/MJ jersey in existence...not to mention jerseys cost $100+ each, lol. It would have to be something pretty unique...I wonder if there's anything NBA-ish that we can only get here. I'm sure there is... |

But everything here is so unhealthy! xP This would certainly be a good opportunity to send him "authentic" far-Western food as well. And I'm sure he loves other sports as well, but his favorite is basketball. Maybe something football since it's the US...? |

I know baseball is popular in Taiwan. Football, not so much. Side note: One of the NY Yankees starting pitchers is from Taiwan...his name is Chien Ming Wang. He's cute, too! Well, I think he is... But I digress........

OMG, I love the Bulls potato head!!! And it's all-American too!! HAHA...awesome!! You guys, I just had the dorkiest, craziest idea...for Chun or for any of the guys, or maybe the whole group... Okay, so everyone knows these guys right?? DUDE, what if we all send in video clips of US lipsyncing to Fahrenheit?! It would be like the opposite of this...American kids lipsyncing to a Chinese boyband!! What would be super funny/awesome is if we all found a Rockets jersey to wear...(You can always buy one, wear for video, then return saying it didn't fit your "boyfriend" XD Orrr I could buy one and then we could all mail it around to each other...)
