Yeah, you'll never know who you'll run into when you're traveling :-) I was dreading seeing that picture because I was so hot/flushed and I usually hate pictures of myself; but this one's pretty great; kudos to the photographer!! Sorry we didn't take more; we'll make up for it next time! Great pics of the cathedral, I've always wondered what it looks like. My brother in laws who attended Carnegie Mellon always called it the Tower of Ignorance :-P

Yeah, thanks Faith! =D And for babysitting your daughter for a bit xPP SO hilarious story about that... They were over by the crayfish at the invertebrate exhibit and talking with a naturalist who was there to feed them, so Alisha was quite interested in what she was saying. After a while when the naturalist was getting ready to leave, Faith said, "C'mon Alisha... That is your name, right?" and the naturalist turned around with the most shocked look on her face like she couldn't believe she was watching her and wasn't even sure of her name XD So funny! I feel so tiny in that picture, even though I was standing on the ledge xP |

I had to laugh out loud at that story, so funny!!! I can picture it and knowing Alisha she probably said "yep", took Faith's hand and kept walking. Told hubby about that and he laughed, too. I'm just glad the naturalist didn't think Faith had kidnapped her and called security. |

You've been to Paris??? Wow, you're so fortunate. How long ago was that and how long did you stay? I've always wanted to travel to other countries. Only time I went out of the country was to a rural area of SW China on a missions trip 8 years ago. Haven't even made it up to Canada yet (except for the Vancouver airport for a layover but that doesn't count :-P) |
