I don't know for sure, but I'm going to guess that that's up to the administrators themselves. I think the fanclub on Fahrenciti is made by HIM themselves, so they're allowed to charge membership; if we were recognized I'm guessing that it's just that: recognition that we're a force to be reckoned with (so to speak), but they can't really interfere. But these are all just guesses ^^;
