TETRAZINNI * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves * 1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles * 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup * 2 fresh broccoli, minced * 3 stalks celery, chopped * 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms * 1 onion, chopped * salt to taste * ground black pepper to taste * 1 pinch seasoned salt * 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese * 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded * 1 pinch paprika * add to recipe box Add to Recipe Box My folders: * add to shopping list Add to Shopping List * Customize Recipe * add a personal note Add a Personal Note DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. 2. In a 3 quart saucepan, boil chicken for about 30 minutes. Drain, and cut into bite sized pieces. 3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions. Drain. 4. In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, broccoli, celery, sliced mushrooms, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, and onion. Stir in pasta and chicken pieces. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and paprika. 5. Bake for 45 minutes. |

Ryan's Family's Spaggeti Sauce (i have a family of 5, and we make enoough for left over's so you may want to edit this for smaller portions) What your need 8oz of Sausage(hot or sweet is up to you) 2 cans of Hunts traditional spggeti sauce( add more or less depending on if you like more of a meast sauce, or a red sauce) 1 can of tomato paste 2 cans sliced black olives 1 package of fesh mushrooms 2 red and 2 green bell peppers( a cpouple packages of mixed fozen peppers work also, but I prefer fresh veggies) Italion seasoning Basil seasoning oregano Garlic salt Instructions: 1. Heat a large skillet up to MED heat, and add sausage, add 1-2 dahses of gralic salt, and let the meat cook. 2. As the sausage is cooking, slice your mushrooms and your peppers. 3. By the time your finished slicing your veggies the meast should be done, drain acces grease, and then add our spaggetti saouce, the olives, the mushrooms, and peppers. Heat untill the veggies are cooked. 4. As Sauce is heating, add 4 dashes of basil, 3 of italion and 2 of regeno. ( this is my prefrence, season to your own taste) 5>serve over spagetti and enjoy. |
