I do, however, have two concerns we'd need to address if we went for it. 1) Bandwidth/hosting. Where, how and how much? 2) The theme/motif. Would it just be a front to the main forum? If that's the case, what's the point? Second, if not, what else would we have/discuss there? I dunno, FAN-fiction? FAN-art? Just toss some ideas our way. Just food for thought.

Eh, I see really no point to have it's own site, the only reason I see is to have a more organized access for some of the FAN "Features" as I call them, and we can just as easily use the Wiki for that. As per who we use for a host, a good one I've discovered is 000webhost.com. They give you a subdomain using site90.com (so your website would be site.site90.com; site being a placeholder for your site) and a decent amount of features that includes mySQL, an ftp account, etc. It's all free, and there are no ads. However, something that still needs to be addressed is, like Jeff said, the reason why. Currently, I can't think of a reason for a main site besides news standings which is why the forums are here anyway. We need a purpose for a main site, and I can't think of any at the present moment. As per who would run the site, I know a decent amount of HTML and can build a site and maintain it, but I don't know complex stuff. I can do most basics and some intermediate stuff maybe, and I could always learn the more complex stuff given the chance. I think DDR-Attack knows more than I do, or maybe I'm wrong. I thought someone out there did that kind of stuff besides me. I know Sean did a little too, so maybe between all of us we can make it look decent, but that's a different discussion for a different time.
