I do like the salad bar at ruby Tuesday's but it's probably my second favorite restaurant of this particular genre. My favorite is TGI Friday's, which you don't even have up there. You should give them a try and a review. I find that almost everything on their menu is excellent, especially if you pick off of their "favorites" menu.
