An invitation is issued to all Bay Staters for a 'Debate with Massachusetts on the issue of the Standing Army and the defence of our Union' to be held in Boston. Letters are also sent to Senators Strong and Cabot, Governor Adams and intellectuals from all over Massachusetts and surrounding states. ((Note that I said end of the week but I meant that IG, this is, I can do this debate whenever)) |
