I was reading the rules about the filibuster, and, I don't think the House has a filibuster thing.... I think only the Senate does....

The gentleman is correct. The allowance of filibuster was actually established for the Senate, by members of the Senate.

You are correct. I thought I took that out of the house rules. I used the same version for the house and senate, but when i cut for the house, I left that in. I will correct it. Thanks!
