Sitting behind his desk with one arm on his forehead and another holding down a tablet of paper, Congressman Sean Dumm looks up and begins to speak.

Good afternoon, i have just learned about information from a courier that has me disturbed, i have learned that Marquess Cornwallis and his English troops have move On Montreal, a move that has everyone up in New York worried, but let me just say this, right now Congressman Battle and myself along with all of the other Federalism Congressmen are leading the way of a standing army, a army that would be called into action to protect New York and all the other states in the union, we are but one party who is destined to provide the security we need to protect our families, our lives and yet some Congressman from the Democratic-Republic are having a hard time understanding this.

Right now i Congressman Sean Dumm due hereby announce the Georgia is ready to head to New York to protect our brotherly state within the Union.

I thank you all for being with me at this time and i bid you a good night
