Hello all, its Jam here ![]() As you are all aware all of the scoreboards on Forza are congested with F50GT's, and Mercedes CLK GTR's and other stuff... But some of us - like me want to use other cars, such as our very own Enzo's used in the 1998 F1 championship. So, in answer to this problem, here I have created our own hot lapping challenge for the community, using the same U999 Enzo's as our drivers in the 1998 series. We will start by running Laguna Seca - A track everyone is familiar with. This way you can submit your times and we can have a look at how good us lot in the championship actually are. Perhaps we will add more tracks to run if this feature becomes popular, or there are specific requests! With even more prize money and cars! At the moment I am willing to put up 20,000,000 Cr. To anyone who can beat my time, robbezzz's time and Slappia's lap time at Laguna Seca. A small incentive for everyone to start racing!!! This list will only work if everyone gets involved, so here is how to enter. Simply post your best time in the Enzo, the name of the track you did it in, your gamertag (obviously) and some evidence such as a picture, or a link to a picture... So we know you don't cheat ![]() Thanks, and I hope to be very busy with this feature. I've written my times down now, and started a thread for everyone to post in... Now I'm off to go and improve myself ![]() Get lapping everyone... Laguna Seca Hot Lap Scoreboard: 1. Slappia - 1.13.047 (Current F1 Driver) 2. Jam 13UN - 1.13.187 (Current F1 Driver) 3. robbezzz - 1.13.833 (Current F1 Driver) 4. mazda 323fje - 1.15.072 (Current F1 Driver) Edited by Jam 13UN, Aug 3 2009, 08:12 PM.

Hey, I'm sorta interested in seeing what times I can get, but I'm not much of a tuner so I was wondering if someone can provide a setup for me? I like the enzo and have done quite a few laps at laguna, so this will be a lot of fun ![]() -fakkness |

However you should give it a shot as all of us 4 did and maybe you will get somewhere... we are building a new website to work with the forums and we are hoping to build up a big community, hopefully getting some tuners in to assist and stuff... the website is www.forzaf1.weebly.com you can read a bit more about what we are doing on there [;)] - however remember its a work in progress atm lol! |

fakkness - We all have setups for the track, however most will be reluctant to give them out for fear of them getting into the wrong hands. Head out and see what you can do and, if you're struggling to get close to us, add me on XBL and I'll help you tune your car. GamerTag - Slappia Edited by TCR Polaris JS, Aug 8 2009, 09:46 AM.

Ok, so after two hours or so, I'm down to 01:14.249. Don't really see anywhere where I can really improve too much with my driving, so I guess it's coming down to the setup :\ Btw, are you guys using any driving aids? Wheel/pad? Will try some more tomorrow ![]() -Fakkness |

Add me if you want help with your tuning fakkness. Jam 13UN uses the control pad with manual gears and just traction control switched on. I am the same, except I have ABS switched on as well. And remember, if you post a time faster than ours, you need to take a screenshot as proof. Edited by TCR Polaris JS, Aug 11 2009, 12:01 PM.

Whew.. Down to 01:13.592 (no aids)Time is done in free run, so you can just go and download my setup if anyone is interested >.< If I have some spare time tomorrow, I'll race against a 1:12.950 ghost or something. See if that will help. Btw, has anyone else posted a faster time yet? And is the challenge still going? And is there a time limit? ![]() -fakkness Edited by Fakkness, Aug 14 2009, 04:43 AM.

Nice time lol. Yeah the challenge is still going but you're the only one at the moment lol. No-one has improved from the times in the OP (yet). Rest assured though, if you beat my time, I'll be jumping straight back in to improve!
