In the effort to make Football Jabber a clean all around site there has been new forums installed. I apologize for the jump once again. This one is long term. Rather than using this here free forum there has been forums added on to the Football Jabber hosting to keep everything in one place. This was the eventual ideal solution that I intended and it's happening sooner rather than later. Register HERE.

The upside for members is that when the bookie is developed we will be able to add that once again. We will also be able to use our pick'em software again this year rather than going off site to somewhere like Yahoo!

I appreciate your patience with these moves, especially those of you that have been with me for years. With the new FBJ Salary Cap Dynasty getting up and running I wanted to be sure it had a stable home.

These forums here will remain open but is closed to new members. Feel free to host files here or whatnot (I will open that setting when I can find it). This forum will not be deleted.

I will give all the regulars a chance to register before opening up the new forums with a link from the main site.

Podcasting the NFl and Fantasy Football


Football Jabber has joined up with Corey at the Fantasy Football Goat for the Fantasy Football News and Advice Show. The first show (recorded last week) hit the internet airwaves yesterday. What does this Podcast have for you? We’ll let Corey fill you in a little bit…

In the first show we talked a little bit about the NFL draft and some of those players that may or may not have an immediate Fantasy Football impact.

Hey I wanted to thank everyone that has been hanging out the last week. There still isn't much going on here other than the fantasy stuff but hopefully it will pick up. The intention is to have the forum be a beast of what you members here make it. For those that were at TINO you know we don't over moderate (unless your being a complete idiot) and are pretty laid back.

Thanks Blue for running with the pack no matter where it goes for all these years. Same with all the other guys that have hung out the last 5-6 years or however long it's been.

Also a thanks to Tford, Kelly and now Royltee for joining me with the Football Jabber!

I added NFL Feeds to the menu above. I'm going to look for a different place to mash them with a code because the one I used doesn't seem to be updated (recent feeds are from yesterday).

That will give you an idea anyway. I'm also going to add an NCAA and Player news pages that work the same way.

In the upper right on the menu bar is the link to the scoreboard and link to play the daily Football Jabber trivia.

When I use forums I use the "Recent Topics" option a lot of the time. In the tool bar above you will see Recent Forum Stuff. This is a link to a portal page. On it you will find the most recent topics.

Otherwise, when viewing the forum, the picture on the left of the football that is in color will be a forum with new discussion since your last time in there.

Working on getting the Arcade to be up and running. All seems okay except for the fact that the background of the games is white. Makes it tough for Pacman to eat the white dots.

Since i use Firefox with Ad-Block I don't even see the ads. When I shut it off I notice how terrible they look. I have purchased ad-removal, it's a matter of them taking it off now I guess.
