I'm going to go to work out today at 3:30 (4:30 your time). I think I'll go every week day and then walk on the weekends with Dave. I'm hoping he'll join the gym with Steven. The dietitian said he needed to start resistance training to help get him off the plateau.

I sure hope this works fast! haha I would love to be down a couple dress sizes by June. :'(

Got my second work out in and survived. My heart rate is getting up there, but I'm not sure if I'm seeing the muscle toning effect. Maybe once I get more familiar with the machines, I'll start seeing that. Even if all I do is lose weight, I guess I'm happy with that. Working out and skipping the sore muscles is ok by me!! I'm taking Advil before I go to bed, just in case! haha

This was my 4th work out. I'm doing better, but my heart rate is still 20 to 22 beats when it should be 17!! Over achiever!

It getting easier to get out of the machines, so that's a bonus! I'm not losing weight right now, but I did get into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear or a while. I guess I'm losing inches instead of pounds at this point, that's all that really counts, right?

I hate that ad on this site about the cellulite! How did they get my picture??
