Does the ruling mean the court out of it's budget, must refund the states for it's errors? I don't believe this is what the founding fathers envisioned. |

There is nothing stopping Congress from changing the law. You:
I don't follow what you're saying here. I don't see anything in your link to suggest that payments should be made retroactively. I support the ruling. New on-line businesses should not be given any tax advantage over established brick and mortar businesses. |
