You really have a reading problem, don't you Berton? Perhaps some remedial reading courses are in order, preferably outside of Oklahoma.

No regulations were taken away by CO, because there really weren't any - why would you regulate something that's illegal in the first place?

All they did was decriminalize it, and put a few rules in place about commercial distribution - very bad thinking, in my opinion, but a legislative problem, not a drug one.

All they do with these state laws is confuse people or trick them into thinking something is suddenly OK, legal. When all any cop has to do is make their "arrest" on the basis of federal law. I think they do this on purpose to make everyone a criminal. That's what they want and what I have been saying for years.

When everything is a crime we are all criminals. When nothing a cop does can be considered a crime, they become your gods.

Everything I do is a crime, everything I don't do is a crime. My existence is a crime, I am against the law. With each new breath I take, I have commited another crime each one worse then the last.

Slavery is alive and well in the US and maybe in the world.

Merriam Webster

Definition of regulation: an authoritative rule dealing with details or procedure
The original prohibition didn't "deal with details or procedure", it just shut it down.

Since no-one mentioned laws beyond that original prohibition, your comment makes no sense.

Think man, think.

Right after you, Berton.

It's pretty sad when you don't know the difference between a regulation and a law.

Try reading for a change instead of making caustic insults.
