Your right it is shameful, they shouldn't have to legalize plants that shouldn't be illegal in the first place. What other evil things are growing in the soil of the Earth? Now I will say that smoking should be against the law. Be it pot, tobacco, or any other thing. Because it pollutes the air we all have to breathe. But the plant, no, it should be one's choice if or not to use it just so long as they don't push it on anyone else by poisoning the air, water, or food others need to survive. Those others who might choose not to use the plant. Drug companies are the main reason pot is against the law. They want to sell you their drug, not have you be able to choose a better drug they are not making money from. |

Yes, marijuana prohibition will soon be over in Canada. The law will no longer help crime syndicates thrive producing and distributing the herb. |

That has not been the case in CO. The criminal element took over the growing and supply of weed. |

That has not been the case in CO. The criminal element took over the growing and supply of weed. They don't need to grow it, and their supply comes from the law you hold in such high regard called "Civil Forfeiture" |

So Berton, your argument then is that Marijuana is not necessarily the problem, it's inadequate regulations and policing, the same kind of policing that is done on any other drug. I can agree with that. |

No Brewster, the regulations on Pot were taken away by CO. Now they have a mess on their hands. |
