I remember when Trump maintained he would never settle the lawsuit against Trump "University". That was 25 million bucks ago. I like this lawsuit. It is going to give, if not him, his "charity" , a hell of a lot of trouble. Underwood said her office’s 21-month investigation, begun under her predecessor Eric Schneiderman, uncovered “extensive unlawful political coordination” by the foundation with Trump’s campaign, as well as “repeated and willful self-dealing” to benefit Trump’s personal, business and political interests. Among the transactions the lawsuit cited as illegal was a $10,000 payment to the Unicorn Children’s Foundation for a portrait of Trump purchased at a fundraising auction in 2014, and $100,000 paid to another charity to settle a legal claim in 2007. r. Trump ran the Foundation according to his whim, rather than the law,” the suit said r. The things being charged as violations of law are matters of public record, covered by extensively by the media as they happened and, in many cases admitted publicly by Trump. So as far as I am concerned.................................yes. Of course the Trumpster may well do as he has always done. settle for a large amount of money while denying guilt. Trump loves to pay out large amounts of money to people who have (according to him) no claim against him, (chuckle) |

Nice for you to admit that you adhere to a authoritarian law system where people are pronounced guilty before a trial is even held and then must prove themselves innocent. |
