As Trump left in a Pout when the other leaders in what is now the G6 were (mostly) polite, but wouldn't bow down to his childish demands and false claims, Trudeau spoke strongly for Canada, and the rest of the leaders by inference:

Quote:

Canadians, we’re polite, we’re reasonable, but we also will not be pushed around.

Of course, as was to be expected, the Pouting President, who thought he'd won because he believed that the other leaders were being polite, telling the truth, and discussing points in a civilized manner as a sign of weakness, cried that he'd been stabbed in the back. and the usual Right Wing pundits cried even louder.

Good Luck dealing with the dictators you think are so wonderful, Nincompoop.

I find it interesting that while the president is not that known for unifying people from disparate positions, he seems to have done that with Canadian political leaders all across the broad spectrum in their support for the Prime Minister in his position against the new U.S. tariffs and the way they were implemented.

He's done a pretty good job at unifying the G6 industrial powers as well.

So you approve of backstabbing. It must be a Canadian thing.

So you approve of backstabbing.
Give me a break. You may have noticed that neither of the president's spokespeople elaborated in what way Prime Minister Trudeau might have stabbed anyone in the back.

It didn't happen.

Truedeau has damaged relations with America
PM Trudeau has been consistent before during and after the meeting. All damage was done by the president.

The only people who have done any "destroying" around here are the Gullibles who would rather live in Drumph's Right Wing Fantasyland than have to face reality.

And the reality is that your boy is a Nincompoop who is turning your country into a laughingstock whose only friend in the world is Russia.

The G6 is Backing Trudeau all the way....

Angela Merkel posted this - a picture in frustration...

Quote:

BRUSSELS - The European Union on Monday backed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau after U.S. President Donald Trump branded him "dishonest" and "weak" following a Group of Seven summit of leaders.

European Commission spokesman Margaritis Schinas said the EU "stands fully behind" the joint statement issued at the end of the G-7 meeting at a resort town in Quebec.

Trump agreed to a statement on trade but withdrew from it later. He complained he was blindsided by Trudeau's criticism of his tariff threats during the premier's summit-ending news conference.

"The European Union will continue to stand up for an international, rules-based, multilateral system," Schinas said.

He added that EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker thanked Trudeau "for the excellent preparation and chairing of this challenging summit."

British Prime Minister Theresa May also went out of her way to thank Trudeau "for his leadership and skilful chairing" of what she called "a difficult summit with at times some very candid discussions."

Speaking to the House of Commons, May said the other G-7 nations "expressed deep disappointment at the unjustified decision of the United States to apply tariffs to steel and aluminum imports" and urged dialogue to avoid "tit-for-tat escalation."

In London, Mayor Sadiq Khan said he hoped Trump would reconsider policies such as the recent increase in tariffs on steel and aluminum from Europe, China, Mexico, Canada and elsewhere.

"I would hope that he would reflect on what his closest allies are saying ... Not just the U.K. but Canada, Germany, Japan — these aren't foes, these are friends," he told The Associated Press at a technology conference.

"When there's a trade war, everyone's a loser," Khan said.

Trump is a one man wrecking ball, and the whole world knows it except the Gullible US Right...
