California will not allow state money to be used for coal handing ports, ABOUT TIME OUR MONEY WENT FOR OUR NEEDS!

The coal shipping will end soon in the current ports. Coal dust is being added to the hazardous materials list, the handling and shipping will get impossible.

California flaked on the mandate for zero emission vehicles. They will do the same here too. Car companies started designing EVs in 1994, in response to California's then-strong ARB's Zero Emission Vehicle mandate. design work ended in 1997.

The coal can always be shipped through Arizona to Mexico from Utah for shipment, one micro-state helping another micro-state.
