Okay, you have done it. That is the all time stupidest, most ignorant, idiotic statment I have heard, showing if not a lack of knowledge, a perverted willingness to hide such knowledge in order to display stupidity which is some thing you have always done but not to this flagrant degree.

Are we entering a new plateau of your willful ignorance? If so it is a monumental task but I get the impression you have all the tools needed to succeed.

I would assume that you label it that way when you don't agree with the decision but not so when you agree with the decision.

Can you show where the Court has ever written and enacted a law?
The John Roberts decision in Obamacare was a case in point. He saved the program without any legal precedent to do so.

I'm not sure I understand how determining the legality of legislation can be considered bench legislation. The Court didn't introduce any bills, only judged them for legality.

I already have but if you are too lazy to read the U.S. Constitution, I'll quote it for you.

You don't get it. Bert wants you to show him an exact quote from the constitution that says, "All women can have abortions anytime they want", preferrably initialed by at least two of the founders and failing that it proves that abortions are not constitutionally protected.

Mind bogglingly stupid and constitutionally illiterate but that's what makes this board so great! Where else are you going to find political density of this depth.
