Is Trump hoping his core of voters, who will believe no matter what, is big enough to carry the election if he splits the rest of the voters?

I do think that Trump's message of "keeping the right people" running things has more power than many people recognize. Scared old white men fearing the worst, want to believe.

Those who want most to believe are also the most gullible. Trump's folks recognize that.

His is a populist message and focused on hitting the right emotions. a populist is tough to beat, double tough when you have jobs on the line and the threat of forefingers taking them. Plus his Isis-terrorist message is extremely strong, ost agree that we are stupid having an open borders policy.

He wins the message hands down when compared to the democrat one. Many crossovers.

I would hope that we, as a people, can distinguish between a message and a line.

Yes, I think the people are finally waking up to the line that the progressives are putting out and voting against it.

The question is, are there enough old, angry, white, right wingers
to elect Trump.
Or will saner heads prevail?

Sure are a lot of young people at his rallies but I am sure you are too blind to see them.

Sick with Canada, a subject you might know something about.

Young people are often too naive
to recognise BS when they hear it.

Some never outgrow this fault it!

Maybe that explains older women's attraction to Hillary.
