The question was appropriate; perhaps it was the tone or attitude in which it was asked?

The self righteous arrogance of some Canadians is well known through out the world:

This in Ottawa during the visiting China foreign minister (listen to the video tape):

China's foreign minister scolds Canadian journalist for "irresponsible" question on human rights

:teeth: Diversion to Trump, or what?

You see, it's well known that Canadians have this reputation of being "arrogant." Perhaps that question wasn't asked with the usual attitude of self righteousness. Perhaps the Chinese foreign minister over reacted to the expected attitude of self righteous arrogance. That's possible.

Speaking of reputations, has anyone seen a best seller book selling over a million copies titled, The Ugly Canadian?

Oh, we know that we're ugly Colo, living in high altitudes make it even worse. it's just that some Canadians don't seem to realize that they are viewed as self righteously arrogant.

I think that there was a book written a while back titled "The Ugly Canadian," it's just that there wasn't any interest in it. I mean, why pay $6.00 for a paperback of one liners?
