No, I clearly stated what the subject matter is:

Wind facility operators can obtain a permit from the Service for the “take” of eagles that may occur while operating their facility. Go here to find out more about compliance with the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act.

Why should they get to "take" eagles when other industries can not without penalty?
Ah the difficulty of the questions asked.

How about the number of dead eagles? How many? I think that would be fundamental in a post that su9ggests they are in danger of becoming extinct.

I just want to know how many eagles are killed each year by wind turbines. I would love to discuss that. I thought that was the primary subject here.

I doubt anyone cares much about bats.

Been there, No number on how many eagles are killed a year. Without that number your whole premise falls apart.

Do you have that number?

Any direct and in depth answer that some people do not like is automatically labeled a “diversion.”

Must be a right wing t
thing.

Hell, I just want to know how many eagles are slaughtered yearly by wind turbines. Answer that and I will go away. If I did not have such a high opinion of your intellectual capacity I would swear you are stonewalling.

Couldn't be just uninformed, could it?

I drove by some wind turbines this morning.
The surrounding fields are freshly worked.

I am happy to report that, even though I looked carefully,
I saw no dead or injured birds of any description.
Of course, it could be, as with most things Canadian,
our birds are simply smarter!
