. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LH4n8VDYZI . We need to get rid of the judges too, replace them with honest ones and if we can't find honest ones, replace them with a computer program. This is good news, but for me, it's too little too late, Still nice to see the corrupt and sadistic deeds are catching up with these rapists |

Times are achangin. I believe California has now outlawed the use of grand juries in police cases. Here in Minnesota The Hennpin County prosecutor has decreed that grand juries will no longer be used in such cases saying that he will take the responsibility of whether a case gets charged. It is not a total victory but it will remove much of the secrecy and buck passing that is now the current system. The prosecutor will now have to explain the evidence and why prosecution was not ordered. Not like now where it is a total secret and no one gets to know what was or was not presented to the grand jury. As I said, not a total victory but a large step in the right direction. How to stop lying cops is a whole nother story and one that has no easy solution. Edited by Stoned, Mar 18 2016, 06:44 AM.

The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of a computer program trying these cases. The one thing the cops and courts seem to keep touting is reasonable expectation of a threat. That's the kind of BS only a cop could get away with. If this was just a citizen, just some slob off the street, no way that excuse would fly. When I first watched the Kelly Thomas beating, I had to pause it and come back to it. Took me like 3 weeks to bring myself to watch the whole thing through. The beatings are harder to watch than the shootings I think. The hardest shooting for me to watch was the Dillon Taylor shooting because the cop's body cam got close up and personal and you could see the man chocking on his own blood. Another cop reminded him that he should have shut off his body cam. I have learned alot about how cops think, how they relate to things by studying these murder videos. The baiting tactics, how they place themselves above the people, how they dramatize a situation by yelling things that don't make sense, like "drop the weapon" when there is clearly no weapon. So that in court it will look as though the cop is in fear of their life. The big shot complex, how they can turn anything into a crime to justify arrest. It's why I say they are smart when everyone else argues with me that they are dumb to not know the laws. They are really good at playing dumb. But there's no one smarter, no one who gets away with what cops do. |

Not having his body cam turned on should result in an automatic firing of the cop. |

Not having his body cam turned on should result in an automatic firing of the cop. It didn't make any difference in the Dillon Taylor murder. Court watched it, rulled that Dillon Taylor did nothing wrong, and still rulled the cop was justified due to being in fear for their life. Cap say- "Oh I thought there was a chance that he might have had a gun" This country, maybe the world has a severe case of cop worship. By that I mean they place a cop's safety above their own lives. This is called "public buy in" buying into the idea of cops being better than the people. They are not public servants, if they ever were I can't say, they are the public's masters and people, most people anyway, see them as such. Easy gone. The cops have had their way forever and , thankfully, most of them are OK. Times are changin and the cell video makes that inevitable but it will take time. |
