Ok. I see it is the start of a game. I'm out. But before I go would you need a trial to prove your citizenship?

Elect Trump of someone who wants to deport them and we'll see just how easy it is. I want them gone. Come here legally or stay out.

Jim, it is not about a case of whether I would need or want a trial is not a matter of whether I would need/what a trial to prove my citizenship. It is a matter of whether or not we actually believe in the values we clam we believe in. I am sorry that you think such a discussion about American values is just a game.

They either have proof of citizenship or they don't, it isn't that complicated.
Give some sort of reward and watch the illegals get turned in.
Get some C 5 planes and take them to Mexico.

One of the greatest of the American values is the USA is a country of laws. Why does the left want to change that?

It seems to me that those on the right who want deportation on misdemeanor charges without trials are the ones who do not favor the value of a country of laws. Our laws require due process and trials by jury.

Yep a game.
A misdemeanor that costs us billions. A misdemeanor that leads to many felonies. Just read of a cop that got killed in Dallas by a three time illegal.

Pat,
Why try to track down 12 plus million people, when you can track down 260 thousand businesses and get the millions to self deport? You can even fine the businesses employing undocumented and defray much of the enforcement costs.

I find the very idea of a "Deportation Force" to be the antithesis of both fiscal and political conservatism!

The real numbers for the Eisenhower deportation are much lower, more like 300 thousand.

:smoker:
Well. because the rule of law means something to me and both can be accomplished at the same time.

You know what Corky, I don't feel all warm and fuzzy about people who break into my house, steal my goodies, and run up my bills in the process. Neither did Ike and I liked Ike.
