When you are stopped driving a vehicle you are required to furnish a driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. Personally I would preferred that the driver not talk that way I wouldn't have to listen to his BS excuses.

If you are stopped (detained)) for a criminal investigation and refuse to say anything or provide ID then you will be arrested and likely booked.

Where was the "criminal investigation" here? Fortunately this was recorded and the cop could not make up bull charges like "obstruction" or "resisting arrest".
