Also remember Pat we were told that the drought in the Great Plains was going to be never ending and would only get worse. Yet in one season the reservoirs are filled and the drought is gone.

I have seen 4 droughts come and go in the Great Plains. That pattern will continue as it has done for millennia.

Only YOU ever said that.

The grass is beautiful and green in my front yard, but the horses 20 miles south are pawing through dust to get any shoots they can.

You can find anything you want if you look at a small enough area. It's called cherry picking.

If you think the Great Plains are a small area you are very wrong. Do I have to find a map for you again? Didn't you learn anything the last time?

We're talking Global Warming here... How big are the Great Plains?

2% of the Earth?

1%?

0.5%?

No, not even if you count Indiana.

Then you should not have made your prediction about the Great Plains should you Brew? You make lots of predictions, then when they don't come true you change your story.

As large or larger than he west coast you keep pointing to as proof of AGW.

Also remember you were pointing to the drought in the Great Plains as proof of AGW. So it must be big enough to be significant in your mind.

I don't know why you keep trapping yourself in your own arguments.

As far as climate change is concerned, I worry far more about America than any other land mass. If we can feed ourselves and have enough fresh drinking water, then all is good.

Could it be that the planet earth has a finite number of years to exist and we may be approaching the end? If so, perhaps this is the way the powers to be have decided to eliminate us. Sit back and relax, there is no way to stop it.
