Because the tax payers paid for those papers. They are not the property of the scientists. They are the property of the government which is made up of the people. |

BS. The taxpayer is paying for results - improvements in scientific knowledge. Data and methods that can be used to plan future projects. Half-baked, unfinished and just plain wrong theories plus carping about finances and the guy down the hall add nothing to the overall level of knowledge, but are absolutely vital to humans in the overall search for answers. When you fill up your car, do you demand that they gather up all the stuff the refinery took out of the crude and stick it in your trunk? You paid for it. Edited by Brewster, Nov 7 2015, 04:34 AM.

No, they are paying the salaries of those people and they own all the work. Why would they be afraid of putting their work before the public? Sounds like a elitist attitude to me. But if that is their attitude then just stop paying them. |

I told you why they don't want to put their internal documents out there. Science would stop. Sounds like a Republican and Denier solution alright. |

I understand why they don't want the scam exposed but it is not their decision. |

Apparently you don't understand at all. No surprise. And no point in going any further with this useless conversation either. Goodbye. Edited by Brewster, Nov 7 2015, 04:53 AM.
