It's a legitimate fear for those who are afraid of the facts.

I rather think that will probably be settled in a court of law and not on a sily borad like this. That is what this left leaning member thinks.

On edit this post refers to Berton's comment about the law of the land.

I'm glad you're thinking a bit differently than you were Colo.

What does a court of law have to do with Congressional subpoenas? The law I have already provided a link to says nothing about a court of law.

Perhaps NOAA fears that releasing all of their working papers would result in intentional misinterpretation by folks like Neutral and Berton. That seems to be a legitimate fear to me.
But isn't the truth more important than some irrational fears?

If the fears were irrational, that might be so.

Before you get back on your high horse, read the history of Climategate, and the unholy persecution Climatologists were subjected to before they were all fully exonerated - it set back Climate Science at least a year.

The only ones who exonerated them were themselves.

But it really makes no difference. The law is the law and NOAA should follow the law. Of course with this administration laws make no difference.

Total BS. First and Last Statements.

The crap in the middle is your opinion alone.

You keep saying that Brewster but you have yet to prove it. How about some facts for a change which proves I am wrong.

Oh, that is because all you have is far left wing blogs to back you up. I forgot.
