The OP tried to make two points.
1. Carson wrote a book.
So if this is wrong for a politician to do then Obama is doubly a huckster and Hillary is also a huckster.
2. Carson has deep ties to Mannatech because he was paid by them to make four speeches.
So if this is wrong for a politician to do then Bill Clinton is a multiple huckster for all the paid speeches he has done and Hillery is also a multiple huckster for all the paid speeches she has done.
None of those are the problem. He lied about his association with the Mannatech company.[] https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=carson+lies+about+associations+with+mannatech+
How did he lie about his association with the Mannatech company? In detail please.

He also endorsed Mannatech products.
If he likes them and uses them what is wrong with that?
A physician who is paid for giving speeches for a company and also endorses that companies products? A $42000 speaking fee can buy a lot of people. I think that is a conflict of interest.
Then Bill and Hillary have been bought many times over.

Have Bill and Hillary been bought and paid for? Here time at the State Dept. says yes.

The same place you can give that Carson has been bought and paid for with the same kind of details.
You started this nonsense about being bought and paid for so prove it. With details, please and lots of them.

No one cares if Carson uses a product even if it is snake oil but when asked of his association with the company HE LIED!
