What's your solution to this? My experience does not mirror yours. I can only speak for CA. There law enforcement agencies police themselves and are harsher then civilian review boards.

Not sure if that question is for me, or the flag person who falsely accuses me of hating cops amoung other things. I'll answer though.

I don't know, I don't have a clear answer, I've studied this problem for years watching it get worse and watching the public buy in grow stronger. I like what Adam Kokesh had to say about breaking off all friendly contact with them, refusing to serve them or have anything to do with them. It might send the message that if they want acceptance understanding, meaningfull relationships with other people, they must change. But in order to even enact such a movement, the public buy in must die out, I only see it growing stronger.

I won't go into why this means so much to me, what I have suffered, but will say it's something i have to live with every day, and am reminded of every time I see a police car on the road, a cop directing traffic, similar on TV, stickers on windshields saying to support your local sheriff, ect. I still have vivid nightmares and wake up screaming.

All I know to do is make people aware, to show these stories of other victims I find. I don't always go looking for these stories, but because I have done searches, I often will be On You tube looking at or for something unrelated and cases of police brutality, corruption, ect. will automatically come on the page.

If I accomplish nothing else in this world, I will try to not people forget about those who lost their lives. Like Kelly Thomas, or John T Williams ((((RIP)))) They do not deserve to be forgotten, they did not deserve to be beaten or shot to death, they deserved better. They were easy targets, I guess the cops who took them out figured
that no one would question it, or that any public outrage would be short lived. These people and many more like them need a voice, we should try, or put some effort into giving them that voice.

You tube videos are quick and easy, but i could just as well avoid them and go another direction.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_of_Kelly_Thomas

http://indiancountrytodaymedianetwork.com/2011/02/21/shooting-death-john-t-williams-18538

http://www.policebrutality.info/2010/03/police-brutality-at-drive-thru.html

This police brutality video shows a 17-year-old girl working at a drive through when a cop orders and drives up to the window. The girl takes his money and gives him the change, but the cop suddenly makes a big problem about the change. He claims that he gave her 20 dollars, but the girl says he gave 10 dollars. The manager checks and finds out that there are no 20 dollar bills so it’s almost impossible that the police officer gave that to her. But no, the cop enters the drive through himself and starts yelling at the girl, she refuses to go with him because she claims that she hasn’t done anything wrong.

He sprays her with maze and she starts choking and coughing so hard that she can’t stand straight, and the police officer arrests her.If you see closely on the tape you can see how the girl is getting a 10 dollar bill because she is putting it in the 10 dollar bin.

As I said, the You Tube vids are easyer, both for me to find and post, and for others to click and watch.

Adam body slammed & choked for dancing- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jUU3yCy3uI

On May28, 2011 Television host Adam Kokesh and several other activists participating in a flash-mob were arrested at the publicly-funded Thomas Jefferson Memorial. Their crime? Silently dancing, in celebration of the first amendment's champion; a clear violation of their right to free-expression. In an excessive use of force, video was captured of Adam being body slammed and placed in a choke for his non-crime.

Jefferson Memorial dance- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_QsJz7TndI

So let me get this stright, if 1 - 5 people do something they can get arrested for it, but if 30 or more people do the very same thing, The cops leave them to it? I guess they are too lazy to arrest that many people for the crime of dancing. However, doing something along with countless others does not ensure that you will not be singled out and arrested anyway. Like when I dare to grocery shop, I'm sure there were more than 100 others doing the same thing at the same time, none of them were arrested.

In Youngstown OH. someone was arrested for open carrying. News of this got to a local area of OCers and they organized an open carry walk in that same town with over 30 people showing up and no one was arrested, The Youngstown police were there, you could see their cars peeking around every corner, just watching us, but did not approach and kept their distance.

Cops have a way about them. What I mean by that is someone can point to the blue sky and call it the green earth and most if not all people will not buy into it. But let a cop find someone reading a book and twist that into breaking into cars in a parking lot, and the public buy in is a total reversal from the "sky/ground" anology.

Stay tuned for more on this ongoing corrupt and sadistic behaivor and actions from police, sheriffs, and HWP. from FHT (fly's house of truth) where loving the truth is a crime according to the cops.

Your ongoing paranoia is beginning to make the right wingers here look somewhat rational!

Sorry that you apparently suffered at the hands of the police. If you want to change how law enforcement functions you need both a goal and a method of obtaining it.

What would not engaging with the police accomplish? What alternative do you offer in a 9-11 type situation?
