Not sure if there are any Glock fans here, but I just spent a few hours at the range breaking in this one. I love the feel and balance. And extra rounds in the clip.

Pat, with all the cool stuff and traveling the world you do why don’t you ever share pictures? You’re certainly not tech challenged being on top of the tablets as they were getting popular reading here. With just a couple years of serious defensive shooting and carry under the belt Glock is Perfection imo. I carry a Gen 3 22, same frame size as the 17 but .40 caliber. Show us yours and I’ll show mine… Firepower is right up there with sex |

LOL. Photos are a privacy issue with me Don but I might bend on this one. I thought about the .40 caliper but the ammo price is higher and in reality, stopping a doped up attacker is more about proper placement than firepower. A .22 caliber would bring down a seven foot 400lb. attacker if you hit the sweet spot.

I'll take a look at the Glock the next time we go to the shooting range. My SA XD nine is too bulky and heavy. My wife's 38 is nice to carry but a little short on ammo. As a convenience I usually just carry my old Colt 25 auto. It is easily to stash. |
