Brits live in card board boxes, while immigrants are living the good life on welfare? I find that hard to believe. Anti immigrant sentiment is apparently a thing in the UK too. Immigration good or bad? I think it can be both. It should be managed to allow disirable immigrants in and keep the undesirable out. |

Probably better accomplished under a "legal immigration" enforcement policy than with an "illegal immigration" acceptance. |

I was in Britain 2 summers ago and the effect of immigratipn on culture there is very obvious especially in London And Manchester. The problem is that immigrants form enclaves rather than integrating. The size of the country means the proportion of immigrants is far more apparent. Immigration should be held to a level whereby immigrants adopt the culture of the country they move to, not the other way around. We saw what happened to the native culture of North America when vast quantities of Europeans swamped it. |

My Limpball loving Obama hating SIL is going thru hell getting her Visa etc straightened out for immigration to the UK. She had to jump thru many hoops to get her VISA like taking a test on the UK's history, laws, wars etc. She claims as an immigrate, she is not entitled to the dole things. She is with us now as she waits for her VISA. |

I've lived in America, Vietnam, Europe and Australia, the Aussies are the one country that has approached immigration with a grain of common sense. Each country claims to have a sound immigration and enforcement policy but Australia is the one who enforces theirs, the others not so. The song might be a parody but it speaks the truth. |

Problem is that description fits too many already here. Giving them more competition just doesn't make sense. It should be: Give me your educated and intelligent elites. The cream of the crop in your society. All the more to benefit us. |
