If it is "settled law" as so many on the left have said then it should be followed. Not changed at the whim of the left.

No law, including those covering the various degrees of murder, are enforced to the letter....

How many laws are changed at the whim of a political party for political purposes rather than being enforced?

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz It's the same old, same old Obama derangement syndrome. It seems the GOP has selective memory.

Bush Issued A Similar Delay During Medicare Part D Implementation

Bush Administration Waived Fees For Seniors Who Faced Enrollment Deadline Under Medicare Part D. A May 2006 McClatchy article pointed out steps taken under former President George W. Bush to waive penalties and extend enrollment deadlines for seniors under his Medicare Part D rollout:

With pressure mounting to extend next Monday's enrollment deadline for the Medicare prescription-drug benefit, the Bush administration took another small step in that direction Tuesday, waiving penalty fees for very low-income seniors and people with disabilities who sign up late.

The move follows a recent administration decision to allow the same impoverished beneficiaries to sign up for Medicare drug coverage until Dec. 31. [McClatchy, 5/9/06]

Since I just heard a reminder on the local television news that folks had only until Monday to purchase insurance through the exchange system, I am now wondering what dates have been recently changed. Wasn't April 1 always the date?

The gods only know the answer to that one Colo. The excuse for the latest delay was that there were hordes of people in line signing up and they would not have enough time to process their paperwork. Last I read about Oregon is that their website was still not up and running and few had signed up.

How many times has Obama changed the Obamacare law? Once? Twice? A dozen times? More?

Quite a few but it is probably too early to do a tally, his lawless approach to governing has no bounds.

I heard to day that it is in the range of 35 unilateral changes to the law without going to congress.
