Thought I would branch off from the other thread with this question that focuses on the daughter. I'm not an attorney, but it seems logical to hold the daughter responsible for the actions that led to the death of her lover. I read somewhere that if your actions lead directly to the death of another, then you in affect participated in the death. Yelling fire in a theater when none is present is another lie that can lead to death. I believe in such a case that the cops could arrest you and the state could prosecute you. Anybody care to weigh in? |

She may have some responsibility but I doubt very much she is charged with anything. I say this goes down as a big mistake and no charges against anyone. |

To follow your logic, as it was the four year old that alerted the father, he is the actual perp and should face the full force of the law! |

A teenager lying to her dad when caught her boyfriend is much different than yelling fire in a crowded building. If she started screaming "he raped me kill him" that would be different. |

I just recall Neutral telling us all that the Dad did not know what was going on . I believed him. I do not think having no idea about what is going on is justification for killing another human. |

Pat, I doubt if the daughter invited the unarmed teenager into her bed in order to set him up for her father to kill min. |

I don't think she will be charged with anything but what she did led to the situation. Both in inviting him into her bed and then denying she knew him to her dad when ask. |
