This school will be lucky if it avoids a lawsuit and damages; teacher should be suspended

Neutral,

When schools were controlled by conservatives and you were in school, were there dress codes in effect?

I was in a small school, I remember the girls were not allowed to wear jeans. Never did understand that one because us boys loved those skirts.

I would guess that the length of boys' hair was also regulated by the school. In one small high school near mine, boys were not allowed to wear either blue jeans nor leather jackets.

More of liberalism wanting to control our lives.
Are you now a public school student. Neut? Those seem to be the only lives affected by the enforcement of school dress codes. I suppose you would want to allow students to wear t-shirts to school proclaiming "ABORTION FOR EVERYONE!"

On edit, I probably should let anyone who cares know that it was my wife who thought of the second portion of this post.
Neutral,

My "stupid question" as you call it, was asked to point out just how stupid you comment about liberalism attempting to control your life was. I am sorry it went over your head.

It was a stupid question colo, pretending it wasn't is your SOP.
No hair length in my school nor leather jacket ban What the hell is wrong with leather jackets?

Leather Jackets were considered to be art of teenage rebellion in the footsteps of James dean and Elvis Presley.

Not where I grew up. What was wrong with Dean or Presley?

We didn't have liberals trying to tell us what to wear in the school where went. In fact, no one employed by the school did.

Yeah it's liberals who want to require prayer (their own brand naturally) in school, decide who you can love and marry along making all personal family decisions that involve sex.
