Justice BlocksObamacare Birth Control Mandate (at least temporarily)

At least temporarily, Sandra Fluke, if she wants to continue on as a student at Georgetown University (or as an employee), will have to be responsible for her own means of contraception (heaven forbid, as a gross of condoms can be expensive depending on the type. I doubt she'd settle for Cellos Red X); or, using her attorney skills, enter into contract and levy a fee on her lovers to help defray the costs of her promiscuity. Temporarily, those religious affiliated institutions cannot be forced by Obamacare to include in their insurance coverage the cost of female contraception. It might be in her best interests to exercise some fiscal conservatism and think about transfering to a public university/institution where she can be covered by health insurance under the system of forced contraception insurance. Although, fiscal conservatism probably wasn't covered in her undergraduate work and may be a concept totally foreign to her.

That idiotic opinion again. What is it about 'contraception pills work for other things than birth control' that you dumdums can't comprehend?

1. Note that none of the material included in Ban's post, other than the thread title is from the link.

2. MR's question as right on target. I wondered the same thing, minus the name calling.

Man! I've never seen a more bunch of name calling sore heads in my life.

What did I write that was untrue?

"It might be in her best interests to exercise some fiscal conservatism and think about transfering to a public university/institution where she can be covered by health insurance under the system of forced contraception insurance."

That is what's untrue.

It's not forced contraception coverage. It's medically necessary drug coverage. You know that, but continue to post the untruth, knowing it's untrue.

Well, from what I understand of that particular law, the institution was "forced" to provide the coverage.

The law forces coverage of a lot of things. You just pick and choose based on what you hear on Faux News.
