President Obama does have a graduate degree in Constitutional law. I know of no right wing ideologues, certainly not on this forum, that can get even close to matching that.

Yes, no one can match Obama. He is unmatchable. He is the "I Am."

I don't know why you suddenly switched to vicious sarcasm, unless you felt you were again cornered and lashed out. I thought we were discussing who might be considered a Constitutional scholar.

What did I write that made you think I wanted to discuss who was he best Constitutional scholar? Camken brought up the Constitution. He might have wanted to discuss Constitutional knowledge. I was commenting on his comment as I think it relates to liberals.

Your post was direct response to me. Hell, you even used a word or two from my post that immediately preceded yours.

Oh, BTW, the title of the thread is where the Constitution was first mentioned.

I don't know, but I had no thoughts about being a Constitutional scholar except when you brought it up. Apparently the thread suggestion is about "violations." You don't have to be a scholar to violate the Constitution. I'd think one could be relatively ignorant of the Constitution and still violate it in some manner... say by denying one's freedom of speech and not know it's an amendment; or, one could be a scholar and inappropriately make decisions that are contrary to what the Constitution was intended to allow. It seems the title theme took off on another tangent..... violations of to knowledge of.

One does have to be a Constitutional scholar to correctly identify violations. Otherwise such accusation are just BS.
