Should we measure all money matters relative to GDP or should we know the actual numbers?

Do you have some fats to share about the expenditures of various countries on preschool - 12 education as a portion of their GDP?

Your link uses relative to GDP money numbers so I wonder what the relevance is to actual money numbers and if you think all money numbers cited for all subjects should be relative to GDP.

I was not aware the video or the thread was attempting to discuss "all subjects."

I wasn't either but if relative to GDP is correct for your subject then why shouldn't it be correct for all subjects where money is involved. I still want to know why relative to GDP is used rather than actual money numbers.
