I got two DVD movies, some clothes and a new Kindle Fire DHX. We watched both DVD's yesterday and laughed until we cried. Hangover and Hangover 2.

Not a darn thing.

(My family is coming over tomorrow, and my wife has no idea what to get me, so she's taking me shopping on Saturday.)

It sounds like you were more naughty than nice Brew. Stiffed by Santa.

Yep. With me I don't need anything, it was more the symbolism and tradition. I'm going to need a container to haul the granddaughters take back home, and there was no way that we were going to deny her the traditions that she grew up with. On the other hand, you will score big on the sales, word out is that the stores were not doing very well and probably have to dump quite a bit.

About 35 years ago I bought my father a Colt Govt. Model 45 that returned to me when he passed away. My older son, Matt, has a friend who recently finished a Colt gun smith class. Matt got the 45 from my wife and had his friend rebuild it (all new springs, ported, ramp polished, and a chamber load indicator notch was added). He gave it back to me on Christmas morning. He did confess that he and his friend put about 500 rds. through it after the job was done to make sure that it worked..

Santa has given us an extraordinary trip.
Were currently are at the border of Albania and Greece in a little town called Igoumewnitsa, getting ready for diner.
We've travelled from Rome to the eastern Italian coast of the Adriatic sea, right down to the heel of Italy where we crossed to Albania by ferry (a 9hour ride on a rough sea).
We will be on Corfu Island (Geece) tomorrow where we will stay for 2 or 3 days.
We are traveling in a small Class B camper.
A week in Greece, then back to Napoli Italy for our flight back.

(Entering Greece from Albaia).

My wife and I asked Santa for and he delivered a new big screen TV for our ski condo to replace the perfectly good old cathode ray tube set we've had for 22 years. The only problem with the old one was partly a problem with our old ears. It wasn't loud enough. Now we'll have to try to find a place that will take the old TV as a donation. We also received a Slingbox, a gadget that will enable us to view our home PVR from anyplace with an internet connection.

So, now we are set to sit on our behinds to our heart's content.
