I am nearly fully invested in a T.Rowe Price 2005 retirement fund. I recently pulled out about 7% for my RMD. About the same time I got about a year end 7% distribution on interest/dividends. I expected to see no over all change in my balance since the RMD should have been offset by the posted gains, both 7%. I called TRP and they tried to explain this to me to no avail. I get added shares but the bottom line doesn't reflect it. What gives? Thanks. |

It is impossible to offer up any advice without access to the paperwork. I would however say this, if you are having a hard time understanding the details and the plan administrators can't explain the details properly, hire an expert to do so for you. |

thanks Pat. I don't think there is any hanky panky going here, but I remain confused. |
