I don't think their viewers are mostly religious but I would hope all of them are pro freedom of speech.

This issue had nothing to do with freedom of speech. Freedom of speech only applies to the relationship between government and citizens. Private companies have no obligation to allow their employees to say anything they want if it harms the company.

If you do some research on this one Neal, you will find that you are wrong. The people raising hell do believe that GLADD and A&E infringed on Robinson's right to speak his mind. That's how they interpret the constitution I guess. So that is their issue.

Their interpretation is wrong. I've seen several lawyers this morning say exactly what I've said.

Yes Neal, I agree, I think all of us agree on that point. But that's not what the millions of Robinson supporters believe. I think it's not unusual to have it interpreted that way, we hear outbursts all the time by people claiming somebody or some organization is stepping on their right to be heard. In this case it worked as it should, A&E made a decision and then it's viewers reacted.

Yes, we all have the right to react the way we choose, but that doesn't mean we can accuse someone of violating our rights when they haven't. That's just ignorance.

Are you saying that people don't have a right to accuse other's of something?

No, they can do it. It just displays their ignorance.
