That article was a side light to the EPAs problems. The story is the law suite. |

Is there any more of a story here than there was when lawsuits were filed against Obama being President? Perhaps there will something in the outcome of the lawsuit as there wasn't concerning Obama's elgeibility for the Presidency.

I already have Colo_crawdad and what I got for my trouble was several insults. When you and others stop the insulting and name calling you will find I will be more than happy to expound. |

I'm confused here. The supreme court takes cases that sets a precedent, more clearly defines a precedent or answers a need that has developed in society for a clear path as rights and limits are defined in the constitution. Without further clarification of your point of interest Berton, I don't have any avenue in which to discuss this one way or the other. |

The EPA has written regulations (which the liberals say they do not do) which are regulating "green house gases". This is a challenge to those regulations. I say it is long past due. |

This kind of reminds me of the challenge through lawsuit the Constitutionality of the ACA. The Court chose to hear that challenge and rejected it while declaring the ACA constitutional. I will not be surprised to see the result in this case. Do keep in mind that it is not a victory for the challengers until or unless they prevail at the Supreme Court level. |
