This state in near the bottom for HS grads and near the top for unwed teen births. Also it is supported by west and east coast states tax dollars..

Apparently in Ark. "family planning" is restricted to first cousins...

Yes they think incest is OK as long as you keep it in the family.

Reminds me: You might be a Redneck if:

You go to a family reunion to meet girls.

You've been married three times and you still have the same Mother-in-Law.

Your family tree has no branches.

Women who have the financial means will just go out of state for an abortion if they want one. So, basically they are denying abortions to poor women. That should do wonders for the welfare rolls, crime, school achievement and all the other problems associated with kids growing up in poverty.

In Arkansas the question is: If a man and woman get divorced, does that mean they are no longer brother & sister?

Did you know the toothbrush was invented in Arkansas? If it wasn't, it would be called a teethbrush.

Did you know that Benton County JUST voted to become wet? It only took about 50+ years and almost $1M from 2 of the Sam Walton grandsons to accomplish that task. Now, another vote is needed for the county to approve the sale of hard liquor in addition to the just approved sale of beer and wine.

The sad part is that the state is going to spend millions in legal fees with the ultimate result of the law being over turned.

Why are so many middle aged + white "conservative" males set on passing laws that control females?

One thing for sure. If males needed abortions there would be more abortion clinic's then McDonald restaurants.

Good question Ken, but look no further than the preachers and republicans for the answer. They want to control a woman from pulpit to the graveyard.

Not true, they want to save babies lives.
They don't favor murder of born babies either.

Born babies are you and me. We have laws against murdering us, we need laws against murdering a living being in a womb too.
