Generally I do, plus I've knocked off 25 lbs, which should help. I have been focused on losing some more. I want the best case scenario going in to rehab.

Right hip? I guess that makes sense.

Try leaning left for a while.

Just kidding. I hope it goes well.

The 25 lbs will help. These days they have you old folks up and walking pretty quick. Otherwise it may be time for a Hoverround

Your body is worn out but the new technologies along with the pharmaceuticals they can extend the use of your otherwise useless carcass for a few more years but with great cost to insurance companies and the Govt.
Someday not too far in the distant future there will be thumb groups that will decide if the corpse is worthy of living ..... thumbsup or the alternative thumpsdown. Get them parts now while you can. ninja

The hover rounds soon will be outlawed. Time for those that cant walk be issued a multi purpose walker.A lot cheaper.;

I got a replacement left hip in 2010. If you do the rehab exercises, you will be walking better than before within a month.

Neut
Deterioration due to arthritis is the main reason they replace them.
