According to the Right, it was OK for Zimmerman to kill a Black kid armed only with Skittles. Hypocrisy.

I find he American right's theatrics and rhetoric about killing Americans without due process somewhat amusing. Every time a police office kills someone shooting at the police officer, he has killed someone without the benefit of due process. Is the American right opposed to policemen carrying deadly weapons or using them? Is the American right also opposed to civilians carrying weapons and killing others without the procedure of due process? Has the American right already determined the guilt of Zimmerman? I would imagine the answer to all of these question by the American right would be a hypocritical "no." But who on the right is concerned about such hypocrisy?

How many times does a police officer kill someone who is not a direct threat to the public?

Did Holder's hypothetical response indicate the killing of anyone not a direct threat to the public?

Holder just sent a letter to Rand saying it is not legal to kill an American Citizen, not engaged in combat, on American soil.

All your lame arguments just got dismissed libbers. LOL

"But on Thursday afternoon, Holder sent a terse letter to Paul that said: "It has come to my attention that you have now asked an additional question: 'Does the President have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil?' The answer to that question is no."

I guess the key to that is the definition of "combat".

That is great. It destroys all of Rand's and the extreme right''s arguments advanced earlier. Holder never said anything different than that in his second "letter." Rand's theatrics and rhetoric have become moot and worthless. Wat a waste of energy the filibuster was.
