Yes, with private money it should start.
Private money isn't interested. They can make money now on fossil fuels. Alternatives will take time and government assistance.

I already did tell you, when it's feasible private money will do it. They don't have taxpayer money to throw away like you want our government to do.

I already did tell you, when it's feasible private money will do it. They don't have taxpayer money to throw away like you want our government to do.
Investing in infrastructure isn't throwing money away. It will only be feasible for private investors when fossil fuels are no longer available or become too expensive.

I think fracking can be done with minimal environmental impact. But, you can't trust companies to do it on their own. They need to be closely supervised by those who will look after the public's interests.
