That's the same crap again, Bertie. Same site, same page. Repeatedly reposting unsupported Op-Eds doesn't make their silly assertions any less silly.

I already pointed out why the assertions on that page are nonsensical. Why do you find it so difficult to admit you're wrong?

And where's the truth I'm supposedly afraid of?

Sorry to hear that you are unable to read Brewgirl but they are two different URLs.

I am also sorry that for a liberal who claims to be open minded that you just proved you are not.

You libs are so suspiciously jumpy about any possible hit of negativity toward far left wingnut progressivism.

Certainly glad you're so open minded. Don'tcha just hate people who are into namecalling? :hystery: :hystery: :hystery:

Yes, it's terrible; but who did I "name call?"
Did I say you did?

No, you did not. My mistake. I thought that you were inferring that I did by your above :hystery: :hystery: :hystery: comment.

This silliness could go on all day.

I personally take it as namecalling to lump virtually everyone on this forum who doesn't subscribe to your agenda as "You libs", but I presume you'll deny it.

You certainly shouldn't take "suspiciously jumpy" as name calling, they're benign descriptive words; or, that I'm lumping you in with the libs on this forum. You have always claimed to be a conservative. In your case you'd be a "suspiciously jumpy" conservative. There aren't that many libs on this forum. Well, if you use the ratio of libs to cons then I suppose you could say that there are a lot and that I'm "lumping everyone on this forum who doesn't subscribe to my agenda (what ever that is), as libs who may or may not be lumped into "the far left wingnut progressivism category." I'm only lumping the far left wingnuts into the "far left wingnut progressivism" category. The rest would be in the "left leaning" category.

And then of course there's the little matter of "far left wingnut progressivism", which I think could be considered a negative phraseology.

But there is such a thing as "far left wingnut progressivism." "Wingnut" is just a word I threw into the mix as it is often used on this forum. You have used that word many times yourself in describing what you call "right wingnut" stiff/ I didn't think you'd take offence to my using the term.

Now not only can't you admit you're wrong, but you can't admit you posted the same page twice...

I don't care how many URL's you find if they all lead to the same page, with the same drivel on it.

And when did I say I was open minded? I'm very close minded - I only want to see rational discussions - which I've never gotten from you.

True enough, personally I don't really care all that much. I just consider the source, and where that source stands. But I do find it funny, when so many complain about namecalling.

I actually object far more to the "You libs" phrase, lumping so many together regardless of their actual leanings.

There's only 3 or 4 people on this board that I would consider true libs, and two of them are Canadian.

Here is a link for those who are open minded enough to pursue the truth about Soros:

LINK

Got anything a bit more credible than "Ears to Hear.net" quoting right wing, "Human Events?"?

BTW, I will ask you and Neutral the same thing I asked Ban earlier. Specifically to which of those items on the chart in the OP do you object?

Bertie, got any supported facts?

Another one of your links to a right wing blog with links to other right wing blogs without a single fact in the whole lot is never going to convince anyone except maybe other gullible right wingers.

The claim that Soros gave 7 billion to "left wing causes" is ridiculous, as his total givings to every cause is only 8 Bil$, and it's well known he gives more to charity than everything else. So unless you want to claim that his donation to Brain Trauma is "Dangerously Left Wing", your whole argument is nonsensical.

So far we have two from the left wing liberal/progressive/socialist/communist side who are afraid to search for the truth.
And just who is it that you are calling names and trying to insult now, Berton? You tell us it is two but the only members to have responded do not fit your insulting description.

Realizing that both Berton and Neutral believe in directly answering direct questions, I will give both the benefit of the doubt and suggest that they both just missed the following question which I asked earlier.

Neutral and Berton,

Specifically to which of those items on the chart in the OP do you object?

What are the others?
Moderates of various shades.

And there can be quite different shades on fiscal versus social issues.

For myself, by US standards, I am centre right on fiscal issues, centre left on social ones. :tiphat:

(For the rest of the world, distinctly conservative fiscally, moderate right socially.)
