I saw it as a moment that that women should have had an epiphany over that event to do something about her weight. I held the door for her trying to help, but it was plain to see she just was not going to fit. You had to have been there to appreciate the moment.

The scam I pointed out is for real, the forgiveness of the 20% on the overpriced scooters is both legal and profitable, just like on the drugs and supplies. Scamming doesn't always hurt the scammed, just the source of revenue.
